Workshop in Vietnam 2026 π»π³
Stepping into our first in-person workshop beyond our familiar community in Singapore, we were honestly unsure of how the day would unfold at first. Thankfully, with the active participation of the teachers and strong support during the preparation stages from doctors and partners, everything came together smoothly and meaningfully π€.
β
The session focused on sharing basic First Aid knowledge relevant to everyday school settings, particularly for kindergarten teachers πΆβ¨. Key topics included the Primary Survey (DRSABCDE), choking management π΅ and heat-related injuries βοΈ. Participants also took part in guided hands-on practice for bandaging in cases of bleeding and fractures π©Ή along with simple simulation scenarios to make the learning more interactive and applied.
β
We also kept the session intentionally close-knitted, which thus encouraged participants to ask questions, share their own experiences, and learn through open discussion with one another along the way π. This has made the session even more engaging and meaningful.
β
We hope this sharing session served as a useful refresher to basic First Aid, and helped build greater confidence in responding to everyday situations. We’re always very grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in supporting the community through occasions like this π€π.
